Out of Hours
- Practice Members have access to out of hours emergency care (for severe pain, dental trauma or facial swelling) on Weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Please note – a call out fee applies which may be claimed back from the Global Dental A&E scheme which is included in your membership, when a claim is made within 28days of the event.

- Calls are answered 9am – 5pm on Bank Holidays & Saturdays and 9am to 4pm on Sundays.

Car Parking
Parking is available outside the practice on the single yellow lines between 9.30am and 4.30pm.
We kindly ask patients not to park on side streets around the practice to ensure that residents can park. There is a free public car park in Sutton Village that patients are encouraged to use which is a short walk away.
Pre-Appointment Instructions
- Please bring a list of any medications to your appointments and let us know if any medications have changed since your last visit.
- Please let us know in advance if you require a downstairs surgery, in particular if wheelchair access is required.
- There is a cleaning station in the waiting room should you wish to wipe down your chair prior to taking a seat and facemasks are available if you wish to wear one.
